The President of the Association of Ghana Industries, Dr. Humphrey Ayim Darke is an accomplished Ghanaian Industrialist, Entrepreneur and Management Executive, with a myriad of experiences and exposure to Management Consulting, Industrial Packaging, Mining and Bulk Haulage, for over twenty-five (25) years. 

He is the Founder and Chairman of RedMoon Resources Limited, an industrial resources, mining and bulk haulage company, as well as the Chairman of Hamdark Industrial Packaging Limited, an industrial bags production company. 

Dr. Ayim Darke, alumnus of the Swiss Business School and the GIMPA Law School, has expertise that traverses the formulation of strategic policy, management and optimization of industrial resources, industrial and regulatory advocacy and advisory and entrepreneurial mentorship. 

He has served on the following boards:
