Dr. Sylvia Ama Adusu is a Chief State Attorney (Civil Division) at the Office of the Attorney General and Ministry of Justice She is a former member of the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC) Legal, Complaints and Dispute Resolution Committee. She holds Doctorate degree in Law from Lancaster, United Kingdom, Master of Philosophy in International Relations from the University of Ghana, a Postgraduate Diploma from International Law, The Hague Netherlands, a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law and Bachelor of Arts degree in  Law and Sociology from the University of Ghana. She also holds a Certificate in Mediation and Arbitration from the Ghana Association of Certified Mediators & Arbitrators (GHACMA). She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) and the African Women Lawyers Association.
