Ing. Matthew Adombire is a Water Expert. He designed and executed numerous institutional strengthening and human resource management systems within and outside the Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL) for well over twenty (20) years. He led a good number of performance enhancement programmes of GWCL. Ing. Adombire has knowledge in planning, design, construction supervision, procurement and management of water supply schemes for rural and urban communities. He has experience in the evaluation of technical and financial proposals and the review of technical reports, strategic planning and implementation, World Bank Procurement guidelines and in water supply and sewerage development, rehabilitation, operation and maintenance. Ing. Adombire is a Fellow of both Ghana Institution of Engineering and the International Centre for Research and Training in Major Projects Management, Canada.
