Mr. Martin Chibuzo Nwosu is an experienced legal professional who brings integrity, vision, optimism and high levels of motivation in all aspects of life. He has successfully managed a career in law spanning over two decades during which he honed and developed an expertise in litigation, drafting and reviewing of all manner of legal documents, and especially in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms.   He is a Founding Partner of the Regent Law Firm and Consultant for the Training and Facilitation needs of the Judicial Training Institute, an Adjunct Lecturer of the Ghana Law School, a Regional Director of the Legal Aid Scheme and an Associate Barrister and Solicitor with Laryea, Laryea & Co Law Firm.   Mr. Nwosu holds a Master of Laws degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Ghana, a Professional Law Certificate from the Ghana School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Sociology from the University of Ghana.   He is a Fellow of the Higginbotham Programme, a Member of the Ghana Bar Association and the Ghana Association of Certified Mediators and Arbitrators, an Erstwhile Member of the American Arbitrators Association and the Honorary Legal Adviser of Help Age Ghana.
