Mr. Emmanuel Sekor is an energy sector legal, regulatory and policy expert specialising in natural resources, electricity, renewable and infrastructure. He holds a Master of Laws degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Law and Policy, a Barrister-at-Law Certificate and Bachelor of Laws Degree. He is an expert in the design and operation of regulatory frameworks, institutional building, capacity building and stakeholders’ dialogue and has advised extensively on creating enabling environments for energy sector investments in Africa.  He was called to the bar over thirty (30) years ago and has been active in the energy sector both internationally and in Ghana for twenty-eight (28) years. He is currently the Principal Consultant at REM Law Consultancy, Accra Ghana. Prior to joining REM Law Consultancy, Mr. Sekor was a Principal Programme Officer at the Ministry of Mines and Energy and a Director Legal at the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC).
