Ms. Cecilia Agbenyega is a Legal Practitioner. She is the Deputy- Director of the Legal Directorate of the Energy Commission and has also worked as lawyer with the Office of the Attorney General and Ministry Of Justice. She holds an Executive Master of Business Administration-Human Resource Management, a Qualifying Law Certificate and a Bachelor Of Law degree. Ms. Agbenyega is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
