Rev. Canon Ing. William Hutton-Mensah is an Energy Expert. He worked as a Managing Director of the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) and also as a Chief Executive Officer of Power Distribution Services (PDS). He holds an Executive Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. Rev. Canon Ing. William Hutton-Mensah is a Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Engineering.
