GET ACCESS TO PURC ON PHONE AT EASE

The Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC) wishes to inform the general public that, the Commission has acquired a toll free service line – 0800 100 700.

The Toll Free Service line will enable the general public especially customers of Ghana Water Company Ltd. (GWCL), Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) and the Northern Electricity Distribution Company (NEDCo) to call the Commission’s offices from all networks at no cost to them to seek information or make their complaints for immediate redress.
